Patio Beach Studio 11, is a small space ideal for a couple who want to enjoy a few days of the environment of the Costa Brava at an affordable price and only 130 meters from the bay.
The apartment is only 21m2, but has a spacious and beautiful courtyard of 30m2 for private use by guests.
It is distributed with: 1 double bedroom, a small living room with a folding table, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and the patio. It is quite bright and sunny in the afternoon. It has air conditioning, heat pump and WIFI. This is a first floor without a lift (15 steps separate the street from the flat).
Sant Antoni de Calonge is a welcoming and friendly town that responds to the needs of traveling with a partner and children. It has a tourism model that is based on tranquility, recreational and educational activities for children, culture and beaches with quality services.
The easiest way to get to the apartment is by car. Free parking is very easy to find. The blue zone of Empordà Street only works from June 15 to September 15. During those months you will find parking on the other side of Avinguda Catalunya (300 meters).
To make the stay of travelers more agile and comfortable, check-in and check-out are done without our presence. We are close and try to respond quickly if there is any situation.
