The apartment has only 21m2 and is distributed in: 1 double bedroom, a small living room with a table and 2 chairs, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and a balcony. Despite not having a view (there is a building in front) it is quite bright and has sun in the afternoon. It has air conditioning, heat pump and WIFI It is a second floor without elevator (30 steps separate the street from the floor).

Sant Antoni de Calonge is a cozy and friendly town that responds to the needs of traveling with a partner and children. It has a model of tourism that is based on tranquility, recreational and educational activities for children, culture and beaches with quality services. The easiest way to access the apartment is by car. It is very easy to find free parking. The blue zone of Empordà Street only works from June 15 to September 15. During those months you will find parking on the other side of Avinguda Catalunya (300 meters) If you come by public transport there is a stop of the company Sarfa just 100 meters from the duplex.
